LED handrail project Nö 26: Nördlingen footpath and cycle path bridge

The LED handrail project for the Nö 26 footpath and cycle bridge at Stoffelsberg in Nördlingen was successfully completed a few months ago. The bridge, with its illuminated handrail, guides pedestrians and cyclists safely across the country road.

The two asymmetrical U48 LED handrails, made from V4A stainless steel with a grain-finished surface, were ordered from us as a professional self-assembly kit – SMO for short. We also carried out the on-site installation. The LED handrails, installed on the right and left sides of the balustrade, provide a completely shadow-free, uniform light surface across the entire bridge at night, without dazzling road users travelling on the main road. The result is a perfectly illuminated bridge that contributes to road safety.
